How to Book
Check your dates, choose a tent, and message us on WhatsApp or LINE to confirm your Joyforest stay.
1. Check your dates
Start with the availability calendar. It shows reference prices and booking status for stays from today through six months from today.
2. Choose your tent
The Balloon Tent is designed for lively family and friend gatherings, with a private lawn and outdoor movie area. The Cloud Tent offers a quieter holiday atmosphere with a forest-view bathtub and indoor projector.
3. Send your booking details
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Number of adults and children
- Preferred tent: Balloon Tent or Cloud Tent
- Your WhatsApp or LINE contact
4. Deposit and confirmation
After we confirm the dates, tent, and total price, we will send the available payment instructions. The deposit is 30% for regular dates and 50% for long-holiday bookings. Overseas guests should ask us which payment method is available before transferring funds.
5. Cancellation and date changes
- Cancellation on the check-in date or no-show: 100% of the booking price.
- Cancellation 1–6 days before check-in: 80%.
- Cancellation 7–13 days before check-in: 50%.
- Cancellation 14 or more days before check-in: refund after a 10% administration fee.
Bookings cannot be postponed directly. A date change is handled by cancelling the original booking and creating a new one. Government-declared force majeure conditions qualify for a full refund.
6. Before arrival
We will send the address, navigation advice, parking details, check-in instructions, and important reminders before your stay.
